Help
In case of need EasyWOOD offers the possibility to transmit DDX Customer Service the exact situation in which the user is at that very moment instantaneously. For instance, in case of trouble, by selecting the item About the program from the Help menu and by clicking on DDX email address (see image below) an Outlook page will be called up automatically with all information that is necessary for understanding the problem on DDX part.

As it can be seen from the image above, the e-mail already contains the enclosures that make up the current project file and the customer’s machining centre configuration, with enclosed tool list and Kits list.
By sending this email DDX will have all elements at disposal that are necessary for understanding and solving the problem.
However it is understood that, still within the Help menu, by selecting the item Help the user will have an On-line Help at disposal which enables clarifying any doubts.
