Properties of Mortise
Sinking: it specifies the machining sinking value with respect to the drawn geometry.
The sinking parameter must be specified by entering positive values for "penetrating" the piece. Sinking is understood as referred to the profile that is selected for use.
Elevation: in the step-like paths it specifies an additional z for the selected geometry. The machining lead-in will therefore be higher with respect to the geometry. This function proves useful when the piece thickness is not even; therefore by setting a certain elevation level (5mm-inches for instance) the software will hold the material height 5mm-inches higher than the rated height.
Z step: this machining can be done in more passes. This parameter specifies the step to use if the machining is to be carried out in more steps. EasyWOOD automatically generates a machining carried out with steps that allow homogeneous passes starting from the value set by the user. If you put zero, the machining is done in one pass.
Z Rall.Ini: distance Z from the fund of the hole to which the tool is found inserting the feed of Entrace during the initial phase of workmanship, if planned to 0 the deceleration it happens on the fund of the.
Precise Path: it is the precision along the machining path. This parametre is set on the part program, it can be: Standard, Fast, Edge and radius, Tangent, High Precision, High Speed.
Carter: it points out the position of the present carter on the head. It can assume the values of Up, Medium o Down.
Advanced properties.
Work side: It shows the tool position on the tool-path: on the right, on the left or centred. It is considered only for normal engravings.
