5 axis finishing machining

This machining appears utterly similar to a "surface finishing", indeed the main mask for data input is identical for both machining types.

With the simple “surface finishing” the software generates one first positioning of C and B possible rotary axes though and during the machining these angles are kept fixed. On the contrary with the “5 axis finishing” it is possible to have the tool follow the surface profile and keep it always perpendicular to it or, in case of encumbrance problems, axes limitation problems etc., it is possible to contain the range of oscillation of the 4th and 5th axis. Even on this machining it is possibile to choose the finishing type: FlowLine or Projection.
